Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit high-quality original research, review articles, and technical papers related to Artificial Intelligence and its interdisciplinary applications.

Scope of the Journal

The journal publishes research in areas including, but not limited to:

  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Machine Learning and Deep Learning
  • Natural Language Processing
  • Computer Vision
  • Robotics and Intelligent Systems
  • Data Science and Big Data Analytics
  • AI Applications in Healthcare, Education, Engineering, and Industry

Manuscript Preparation

Authors should prepare manuscripts according to the following guidelines:

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English.
  • The manuscript should include the following sections:
    • Title
    • Abstract
    • Keywords
    • Introduction
    • Literature Review
    • Methodology
    • Results and Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • References
  • The abstract should summarize the research objectives, methods, results, and significance.
  • References should follow a standard citation style as specified by the journal.

Submission Process

Manuscripts should be submitted through the online submission system. Authors must ensure that:

  • The manuscript is anonymous for double-blind review.
  • All required documents are included during submission.
  • Ethical approval and funding information are disclosed where applicable.

Revision and Resubmission

If revisions are requested, authors must submit a revised manuscript along with a response to reviewer comments within the specified timeframe.

 

Plagiarism Policy

The journal strictly prohibits plagiarism and any form of academic misconduct.

All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software to ensure originality.

Acceptable Similarity Limits

  • Similarity index should generally be below 15–20%.
  • Individual source similarity should normally not exceed 3–5% unless properly quoted and cited.

Forms of Plagiarism

The following practices are considered unethical:

  • Direct copying of text without citation
  • Self-plagiarism or duplicate publication
  • Improper paraphrasing without attribution
  • Use of ideas or data without acknowledgement

If plagiarism is detected:

  • The manuscript may be rejected immediately.
  • Authors may be asked to provide explanations.
  • In serious cases, the journal may notify the authors’ institutions.

If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the article may be retracted or corrected.
