Peer review policy

The International Journal of Artificial Intelligence Review (IJAIR) follows a rigorous and transparent peer review process to ensure the publication of high-quality scholarly research. All submitted manuscripts undergo a systematic evaluation by experts in the relevant field to maintain academic integrity, originality, and scientific merit.

Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the journal are initially screened by the Editorial Office to ensure that they fall within the scope of the journal and comply with the submission guidelines. Manuscripts that meet the basic requirements are forwarded to the Editor-in-Chief or Associate Editors for further evaluation.

The journal follows a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of both the authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process. Each manuscript is typically reviewed by two or more independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant area of research.

Evaluation Criteria

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on several criteria, including:

  • Originality and novelty of the research
  • Relevance to the field of Artificial Intelligence
  • Methodological soundness and technical quality
  • Clarity of presentation and organization
  • Significance of results and contribution to knowledge
  • Adequacy of references and related literature

Editorial Decision

Based on the reviewers’ comments and recommendations, the editor may take one of the following decisions:

  • Accept the manuscript without revision
  • Accept the manuscript with minor revisions
  • Request major revisions and resubmission
  • Reject the manuscript

Authors receiving revision requests are expected to address all reviewer comments and submit a revised version of their manuscript within the specified time.

Ethical Standards

The journal adheres to internationally recognized publication ethics and standards. Reviewers are expected to maintain confidentiality, provide objective and constructive feedback, and disclose any conflicts of interest related to the manuscript under review.

Final Decision

The final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript rests with the Editor-in-Chief, who ensures that the peer review process is fair, unbiased, and consistent with the journal’s editorial policies.
